Shop Stewards are members who act as a point of contact for the people they work closely with. They speak regularly with their Area Representative, and serve as a bridge between the membership and the Union organization. It's an easy way to help out, and make sure that all our members know how to access information and that their voices are heard. Anyone can be a Shop Steward, so talk to your Area Rep, and get involved!
